Communities, we are proud to honor Kathy LeMay (our former President) as the recipient of the 2012 ANCOR Foundation Legacy Leaders Circle
award.
This prestigious honor celebrates the accomplishments of those
who paved the way to life in community settings for people with
disabilities. These visionary leaders have made meaningful community
participation a reality for the nearly 500,000 Americans with
disabilities. Kathy received her Award at the ANCOR conference in
Washington, DC on May 7th.
Kathy served as the President/CEO
of Dakota Communities from 1977-2005. During her tenure, she led the
organization from providing two homes in 1977 to thirty-two homes in
2005.

Communities during our 40 year history.
