33 Dakota Communities residential settings throughout the Greater Twin Cities
metropolitan area. We currently provide services in eight counties:
Anoka, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Ramsey, Sherburne, Washington, and
Wright.

We provide trained direct care professionals who offer one-to one- support
with individuals who live on their own, are living with family members, or are
in foster care. Our services are provided throughout the Greater Twin Cities
metro area in the individual’s home and in the community. We focus on the development of personal
outcomes plans with a commitment to realizing potential.
Types of Non-Residential Services:

• Independent Living Services (ILS)
• Semi-Independent Living Services (SILS) Activities to Support Personal Growth include:
• Exploration and expansion of personal interests and talents
• Community recreation activities
